Full Job Description Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision, coordination, and execution of maintenance operations across all club facilities. This role ensures the clubhouse, support buildings, mechanical systems, and grounds-adjacent facilities are safe, clean, operational, and presented to the highest standards expected in a private country club environment. The position serves as the hands-on leader for the maintenance team, supporting preventive maintenance, work order completion, vendor coordination, and emergency response. Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of facilities or maintenance experience At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
