Guest Services Attendant PART TIME - Must have Thursday to Sunday Availability As an Outside Services Attendant, you are often the first and last impression of our golf experience. You are expected to represent our values by delivering ACE-level service through every interaction — anticipating needs, creating connections, and elevating the experience.
Responsibilities
Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and professionalism — make them feel genuinely welcome from the moment they arriveAnticipate guest needs proactively, whether assisting with bags, carts, directions, or course questionsTreat every interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impact on a guest’s daySupport and promote Arcis memberships by confidently sharing their benefits and creating excitement around themServe guests with courtesy and respect — recognizing that our members and guests are part of our extended familyEnsure all golf carts are clean, fully stocked (scorecard, pencil, sand & seed bottle), and neatly staged with bag straps securedFollow the daily cart rotation strategy to extend the life of the fleet and ensure consistencyMaintain a clean and organized cart barn, bag drop area, and surrounding guest service spacesWash, dry, and restock golf carts after each use, and properly store them at the end of the dayAssist with daily and preventative maintenance of the golf cart fleet as directedSet up and break down the driving range daily, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and presentableKeep range balls cleaned, sorted, and ready before the first tee timeEnsure Range crates are consistently filled, water buckets are fresh, and club cleaners and spike brushes are well maintainedCollect all range balls from the tee line and range field each eveningAnticipate supply needs and communicate when items are low or equipment requires attentionFollow all opening and closing procedures for outside services with precision and accountabilityCollaborate with fellow team members and departments to create seamless transitions throughout the guest journeyMaintain constant communication with Golf Shop and management to ensure smooth flow of operationsTake ownership of all work areas and help maintain a facility that reflects pride and professionalismPerform other duties as assigned by the Outside Services Supervisor or Golf Operations ManagerBenefits
