Golf Course Groundskeeper

We are a private 18-hole golf course looking for dedicated, hard workers to help maintain and keep the golf course in pristine condition. Maintains all golf course, common areas and landscape areas. Involves use of hand-held type equipment such as: weed eaters, backpack & push blowers, edgers, chain saws, walking mower, rakes & shovels, picks & pitchforks, level lawns, and water hoses. Experience with sod work a plus Experience with hand watering a plus Experience operating golf course mowing equipment prefered Must be reliable. Turn up on time for work and be dependable on weekends Qualifications: Prefer previous experience on golf course, landscaping. Must be able to bend, stretch and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to perform outdoor physical labor in varying weather conditions Must be reliable Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off for full-time employees Vacation for full-time employees Health care benefits for full-time employees Schedule: 4-5 hour shift every other weekend 8 hour shift Monday-Thursday, 5 hour shift Friday No overtime Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Golf course maintenance 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
