We proudly offer three championship golf courses, available for play nearly every day of the year, along with award-winning practice facilities both indoors and outdoors. Our sports and leisure complex boasts impressive state-of-the-art aquatic facilities enjoyed by individuals of all ages, as well as tennis, paddle sports, fitness options, and The Cove, a mini club designed for children. Our elegant manor-style clubhouse features both casual and fine dining options, along with the finest banquet facilities in the area for galas, weddings, and social gatherings. Fiddler’s Elbow hosts a wide range of events from comedy shows and concerts to Fourth of July celebrations and New Year’s Eve festivities, our annual FiddleFest Music and Food Festival, Member White-Out Party, golf outings and sporting events. We also host smaller clubs within the Club, such as our beloved Book Club and Cigar Club. Our members host many private events like weddings, social events, and celebrations of life milestones. \n\nThe Range Attendant is responsible for overseeing setup, daily service, stocking and upkeep, and breakdown of all driving ranges/golf practice facilities on property.
Responsibilities
Oversee setup, daily service and upkeep, and breakdown of all driving ranges/golf practice facilities and putting greensSetup practice range daily, including practice balls, bag stands, range furniture and signage, and moving ropes that identify proper hitting areasOperate range vehicle and ball picker on range to retrieve ballsWash range balls dailyRetrieve golf balls, refill range supplies, and maintain neat and orderly appearance at all practice areas throughout the dayBrings golf cars from car shelter to car staging area outside Golf Pro Shop; checks golf cars for tire pressure, brake operation and other safety considerationsOccasionally walk perimeter of practice range to retrieve balls that have entered high grass/wooded areas surrounding the rangeLoads bags from bag storage room onto golf carsRemoves bags from golf cars and returns bags to assigned rack in bag storage roomReturns golf cars to car shelter; removes towels, pencils, score cards, tees, drink cans, etc. from golf cars and saves reusable items; checks cars for damage; washes golf car with pressure cleaner; parks car in shelter and connects charger cableCleans all clubs for members and guests; cleans and maintains the club's rental equipmentMaintains cleanliness of and order in Bag Storage RoomMonitor parking areas to ensure proper security standards are being metRequirements
