Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep the course attractive and healthyOperate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as they ariseAssist with land grading, soil aeration, fertilization, and pest control to promote optimal turf healthConduct regular inspections of greens, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needsSupport gardening tasks like planting new vegetation, pruning trees and shrubs, and mulching bedsUse hand tools for detailed landscaping work and minor repairs around the courseSkills Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance practicesExperience with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and wateringAbility to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectivelyStrong understanding of horticulture principles related to turfgrass health and plant careFamiliarity with gardening, landscaping, and general land management tasksExcellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditionsTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleaguesJoin us in maintaining a beautiful golf course that inspires enjoyment for players while advancing your skills in groundskeeping!
