This position provides hands‑on experience across all facets of golf operations, making it an ideal opportunity for PGA Associates working toward membership or golf professionals seeking to advance their career in a supportive environment. ### **Experience Required** ### **Qualifications** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a “service‑first” mindset. - Experience in golf operations, customer service, retail, or coaching is preferred. - PGA Associate Program enrollment is encouraged but not required. - Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. - Passion for golf, player development, and creating a positive atmosphere for all ages and abilities. ### **Essential Responsibilities** ### **Key Responsibilities** - Provide exceptional customer service while assisting golfers with check‑in, tee time management, retail sales, and general inquiries. - Support daily golf operations including: opening/closing procedures, merchandising, tournament administration, and pace‑of‑play monitoring. - Assist in coordinating leagues, junior golf programs, clinics, and instructional activities. - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop appearance in accordance with industry retail standards. - Deliver a welcoming, professional presence on the first tee, practice facilities, and throughout the golf operation. - Uphold all club, safety, and operational standards to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for guests. ### **Benefits** Education Allowance Clothing Allowance PGA Dues Paid Shift Meals 50% Playing Privileges for Individual & Family
