Position Overview Are you passionate about golf and committed to exceptional customer service? Spring Creek Golf Course is seeking a dedicated First Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head Golf Professional to help manage day-to-day operations and deliver a seamless, enjoyable experience for every guest. This is an excellent opportunity for a golf professional eager to grow, teach, lead, and contribute to a fun and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities • Customer Service: Deliver courteous, professional assistance to all patrons, always ensuring a welcoming and helpful presence. • Tournament & League Operations: Assist in planning and executing tournaments and weekly leagues, including promotion, course setup, and prize distribution. • Instruction & Player Development: Conduct individual lessons and group clinics for golfers of all skill levels to grow the game and enhance the player experience. • Merchandising & Inventory: Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, pricing, and sales in the golf shop. • Golf Operations: Help oversee daily golf operations, including the practice facility, golf cart fleet, and tee time coordination. • Staff Supervision: Assist in training, scheduling, and leading golf shop and outside service staff to ensure consistent service excellence. • PGA Development: Maintain active PGA classification or actively pursue membership through the PGA PGM program.
