*Full Job Description*Wolf Creek Golf Club is a public 18-hole facility located in South Fulton, just minutes from downtown Atlanta. We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Pro Shop Staff member to join our team. The Pro Shop Staff member is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression for all guests, assisting with check-ins, food and retail sales, and general clubhouse upkeep. This is a key front-line position that supports day-to-day operations and helps deliver a welcoming, smooth golf experience for every guest. *Essential Responsibilities:Greet and check in golfers using the POS systemAnswer phone calls and assist guests with tee time reservations or general inquiriesProvide clear, courteous communication about course policies and amenitiesProcess transactions for packaged snacks, beverages, golf gear, and apparelRestock packaged food, drinks, and prepared items like hot dogs and cookiesAssist with light food prep and safe food handlingMaintain cleanliness of all clubhouse spaces including lobby, restrooms, and common areasMonitor inventory levels and report stock needs to managementProvide support to the clubhouse supervisor and assist with special events as neededUphold a professional appearance and adhere to the facility dress code*Qualifications:Strong customer service and communication skillsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedBasic computer skills; POS or hospitality system experience preferredAbility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shiftsAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsFood handling or hospitality experience is a plusGolf knowledge is helpful but not required*Compensation & Perks:Hourly pay:** $12–$15/hour, depending on experienceEligible for tipsDiscounts on food, beverages, and golf merchandiseFree weekday golf privilegesSupportive team environment with room to grow Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits Employee discount Work Location: In person
