Excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent listening and comprehension skills required* Knowledge of mathematics sufficient to be able to perform a variety of calculations. o Knowledge of the techniques, principles and regulations of golf programs* Ability to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner.
