The Pool Café Server is responsible for providing quality and timely food and beverage service to members around the pool and at the outdoor café. As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation. Requirements Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability, as we are extremely flexible. We hope to welcome you to Woodhill Summer 2022. The Pool Café opens Memorial Day weekend. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. • Outgoing, friendly demeanor. • High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks. • Team oriented. Compensation & Benefits: • Base hourly earnings and seasonal performance bonus. • Uniform shirts provided. • Complimentary employee meals. • Use of Woodhill’s exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, and tennis courts) on Mondays.
