Position Overview:
The Banquet Server role involves providing attentive, high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include delivering refined service standards, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, detail-oriented banquet service
Carry and serve trays (approximately 5–25 lbs.)
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications:
Previous banquet, server, or busser experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Background in fine dining, hospitality, or event venues is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Reliable transportation required
