We are dedicated to creating memorable moments in a pristine natural environment. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Host/Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience. You will assist with food delivery, table clearing, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage wait lists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating arrangements Take and relay food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to tables as a Food Runner Clear tables swiftly, bus dishes, and reset for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and dishwashing tasks when needed Provide excellent in-person customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring guest relations are positive throughout their visit Experience Previous host/hostess experience or similar customer service roles in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Familiarity with food handling, serving, bussing, and basic food safety procedures Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills and phone etiquette for guest interactions Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of beverage preparation, catering, banquet service, or hotel experience is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
