Food Runner/Busser

Summary Lahontan is a renowned private golf club and lifestyle community providing members and guests with an exceptional experience in an atmosphere of casual mountain elegance. As a member of the Lahontan Food and Beverage Team a food runner/bussers role is to support servers and ensure a clean, pleasant dining experience by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning spills, running food, restocking supplies (like silverware, napkins, condiments), and assisting with food/drink service as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Running food to the correct table and seat number • Assisting with setup and breakdown of the restaurant • Maintaining fine dining etiquette and appearance throughout service • Bussing, resetting, and watering tables as needed • Assisting with polishing and any necessary cleaning • Restocking any items necessary to smooth service Qualifications • Willing/able to work 5 days a week- Weekends and Holidays required • Work well with a team, servers, bartenders, chefs, hosts, managers • Positive attitude, polite, and focused on members’ needs • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays (25-50 lbs), bend, kneel, and move quickly in tight spaces
