General Summary:
Ensures prompt and polite service to members and guests. Serves as the liaison between the kitchen and servers. Carries food trays to appropriate tables and serves food to members and guests.

Primary Duties
Assists servers.
Ensures plated hot food leaves the kitchen quickly.
Carefully matches all food items to correct orders.
Carries food trays to tables using the correct table positions on the ticket
Maintains cleanliness of service stations in kitchen while ensuring that the kitchen is free from clutter and that the kitchen floor is clean and safe work area.
Wipes up spills or drips on the rims of dishes and ensures the consistency of plate presentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Certification/Education and Experience:
Food handler's Certification required.
Working Condition:
There is a potential for stressful situations and for long hours including evenings and weekend shifts.
Occasionally work in hot, humid, and noisy environment.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly communicates with members, guests, colleagues, and managers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The person in this position needs to constantly move about inside the club.
Constantly moves dishes and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds across the club for various needs.
Continuous repetitive motions.
