The Host position at Invited serves as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, significantly shaping their overall club experience. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Host is crucial in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by greeting and seating members and guests with impeccable hospitality. This role demands adherence to Invited’s 3-steps of service, ensuring a seamless and positive start and finish to every visit. Beyond greeting duties, the Host maintains the host podium's organization, assists service staff as needed, and completes daily assignments to uphold the club’s high standards. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as this position may require undertaking various tasks to support smooth club operations.
