Bev Cart Attendant / Server

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Bev Cart Attendant/Server to provide exceptional service to golfers throughout our course. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere. You’ll operate a mobile beverage cart, serve drinks and snacks, and ensure guests have a memorable experience from the first hole to the last. Will also be used as a server inside the restaurant as needed. Deliver Outstanding Service — Greet golfers/members/guests warmly, take orders, answer questions, and maintain a friendly presence on the course. Operate Beverage Cart — Drive the cart safely and efficiently along designated paths. Serve Food & Beverages — Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, snacks, and light food items. Process Payments — Handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system. Maintain Inventory — Restock products, rotate inventory, and ensure the cart is clean, organized, and fully supplied. Ensure Compliance — Follow all alcohol‑service laws, verify IDs, and uphold food safety standards. Support Team Operations — Assist with opening/closing duties, cleaning, and basic equipment upkeep. QUALIFICATIONS · Must have a valid driver’s license. · Must have an outgoing personality to sell bev cart beverages and snacks. · Previous experience as an outstanding server/bev cart person is a plus. · Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. · Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. · Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Observes all requirements and restrictions set forth by the state and Pinnacle HR Group for alcoholic beverages. Knows and adheres to state and local liquor laws (Checks ID’s and verifies age requirement for alcoholic purchases). Reports to management any concerns regarding alcohol consumption by a customer. Presents menus, answers questions and makes suggestions regarding beverage/food selections. Travels through assigned areas of golf course to provide the sale of beverages and snacks to guests. Stocks and re-stocks cart. Provides friendly, knowledgeable information about facilities and the courses to guests. Returns un-sold products and accounts for what was sold to include providing revenue and beginning balance to reflect sales. Collects litter on the ground and reports unusual and unsafe conditions. Assists indoor food and beverage operation (as needed). Maintains a working knowledge of menu items and key golf information. Perform any reasonable task requested by management or Pinnacle HR Group. Assist in other departments as needed. COMPENSATION $10.98 hourly rate + tips.
