1st Assistant Golf Professional

<p>The Assistant Golf Professional will be actively involved in all aspects of golf operations, with a strong emphasis on instruction, junior programming, golf shop management and member engagement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>- Assist in daily golf operations and golf shop management </p> <p>- Teach private lessons and group camps &amp; clinics </p> <p>- Lead and grow junior golf programs </p> <p>- Assist with ladies clinics and beginner programs </p> <p>- Support tournaments, events, and outings </p> <p>- Provide a welcoming and professional member experience </p> <p> </p> <p>What We’re Looking For:</p> <p>- PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA Membership preferred </p> <p>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills </p> <p>- Passion for teaching and player development </p> <p>- Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented </p> <p>- Comfortable working with juniors, beginners, and members of all skill levels</p>
