Housekeeping Lead
Facilities & Operations
Full-Time | Mid-Shift, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays Required
Reports To: Facilities Director
Position Summary
Boulder Country Club is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeping Lead to help keep the clubhouse, fitness areas, and pool facilities clean and organized.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work alongside the team while leading afternoon and evening shifts, making sure all areas are clean, stocked, and ready for members.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Operations
• Maintain high cleaning standards throughout the club, including locker rooms and common areas
• Perform daily cleaning tasks with the team
• Prepare spaces for busy times and reset areas after events
• Walk through areas regularly to check cleanliness and supplies
• Help with event setup and cleanup
• Complete other tasks as assigned
Leadership & Team Support
• Lead housekeeping during mid-shift and evening hours
• Assign tasks and adjust priorities as needed
• Support and guide team members
• Check work quality and productivity
• Help train new employees
• Communicate issues and supply needs to management
Inventory & Organization
• Track and manage cleaning supplies
• Keep supplies stocked and reorder when needed
• Keep storage areas clean and organized
• Ensure proper use of equipment and supplies

Schedule & Work Environment

Preferred Experience
• 2–5 years of housekeeping experience (hotel, club, or similar setting)
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing supplies or inventory
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Frequent bending and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
Compensation & Benefits
• $22 per hour
• 30–40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities
