Lounge X is looking for a responsible and organized Golf Server to join our team. This position will support our golf simulator area, front desk reception, and food & beverage service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
Assist guests with golf simulator check-in, reservations, and basic setup
Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries professionally
Manage reservations and communicate with team members clearly
Provide food and beverage service to guests
Take orders, serve items, and maintain a clean service area
Assist with basic front desk and reception duties
Use Excel or basic spreadsheets for simple tracking and records
Stay organized during busy hours and multitask efficiently
Support daily operations and help maintain a smooth guest experience
Requirements
Previous server, hospitality, customer service, or reception experience preferred
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with guests
Basic Excel / spreadsheet knowledge required
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable and punctual
Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Compensation
Expected average hourly earnings with tips: $17–$30 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and tip income.
