Lake Norman Golf Club Golf Course Maintenance – Experienced | Weekend Availability Required

We’re hiring an experienced Golf Course Maintenance team member to help keep our course in great shape for daily play and events. If you like working outdoors, early mornings, and being part of a tight team, this is for you. What you’ll do • Daily course setup: cups, tee markers, divots, rakes, debris pickup • Mowing greens/tees/fairways, string trimming, bunker raking • Irrigation checks; basic repairs/troubleshooting a plus • Landscape/grounds work (edges, beds, tree/brush cleanup) • Equipment care, shop cleanliness, safe operation of utility vehicles What we’re looking for • Prior golf course/landscaping/athletic turf experience (required) • Weekend availability (required); early mornings are the norm, possible late nights • Reliable, safety-minded, and able to lift 50 lbs • Valid driver’s license; comfortable operating mowers & utility carts • Team player with good communication and a positive attitude • Irrigation experience a plus Schedule & Pay • Full-time; early morning start times • Competitive hourly pay + potential overtime Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
