Part Time Massage Therapist - Plantation Bay Country Club and Spa

Part-Time Massage Therapist - Independent Contractor Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club Spa is seeking a Part-Time Massage Therapist. This massage therapist is responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. The therapist should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs through spoken language, body language and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly. They report to the Spa Director. Provide 30, 60 and 90 minute massages to clients by appointment Ability to perform Relaxation, Therapeutic, Reflexology, and Hot Stone Massages Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods Suggest future massage appointments and regimen to clients Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire Requirements: Certification in Massage Therapy Proof of General Liability Insurance Willing to work on commission and tips Position pays 60% commission of services provided + 100% of tips We provide towels, lotions, oils and CBD oils Provide own linens
