About this role The Temporary Event Coordinator is responsible for support in planning and executing the upcoming World Golf Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, which will be held on Monday, July 12, 2027 in St Andrews, Scotland. This role will assist in delivering a world-class event honoring golf’s most distinguished figures, working closely with internal teams, vendors, Hall of Fame members and stakeholders in the lead up. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the marquee events in golf.
This is a full-time, temporary position, beginning in August 2026 through July 2027. What you’ll do Support day-to-day planning, coordination, and project management of the Induction Ceremony Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and production teams to ensure alignment with event objectives, timelines, and deliverables Assist in managing event logistics, including venue setup, transportation, accommodations, and catering Support guest management processes, including invitations, RSVP tracking, and VIP experience coordination Assist with Hall of Fame member and VIP travel; track expenses and receipts Provide on-site event support, including registration, guest services and issue resolution Assist in developing event materials such as run-of-show docum
