Ballantyne Country Club is looking for fun, energetic, hard working, hospitality driven service team members. As the first point of contact in our dining areas, the Host/Hostess sets the tone for the guest experience. The ideal candidate must have- Friendly and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills Ability to manage seating in a courteous and efficient manner Answer phone calls and provide accurate club and dining information Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate member needs Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required. Full time and Part time openings are available. Full time positions come with employee benefits after 90 days of employment.
