Contract Golf Professional – Indoor Golf Instruction Location: Trull Brook Virtual Golf Simulator – Tewksbury, MA Position Type: Independent Contractor Trull Brook Virtual Golf Simulator is seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Golf Professional to provide private and group golf instruction at our state-of-the-art indoor training facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a PGA Professional or experienced teaching instructor looking to grow their student base in a modern, year-round indoor environment equipped with Golfzon TwoVision NX simulators featuring advanced ball and club tracking technology. Responsibilities Provide high-quality private and small-group golf lessons.Develop customized lesson plans for golfers of all ages and skill levels.Utilize simulator technology, launch monitor data, swing video, and performance metrics to improve student performance.Build and maintain your own client base while welcoming referrals from Trull Brook.Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused teaching environment.Qualifications PGA of America Member or Associate preferred, but experienced teaching professionals are encouraged to apply.Passion for helping golfers improve and enjoy the game.Strong understanding of golf swing mechanics, short game instruction, course management, and club fitting principles.Ability to effectively teach golfers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive players.Experience using launch monitors, simulator technology, and swing analysis software is preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Self-motivated with the ability to manage scheduling, lesson bookings, and client relationships independently.Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.Must maintain general liability insurance as required for independent contractors (or be willing to obtain coverage before beginning instruction).What We Offer Premium indoor teaching facility with Golfzon TwoVision NX simulators.Year-round teaching environment regardless of weather.Flexible scheduling.Opportunity to build your own lesson business.Marketing support through Trull Brook's website and social media.Access to an established customer base of golfers participating in simulator play and leagues.Competitive contract terms.If you're passionate about teaching golf and want to work in one of the area's premier indoor golf facilities, we'd love to hear from you.
