About the Role
We are seeking a skilled experienced Server with Bar Experience, a positive can do attitude, team player to join our team.Men and Women are encouraged to apply.Requirements:APPLICANT MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE (40, 50, 60's encouraged to apply) Required a MINIMUM of one year proven restaurant serving experience Required MINIMUM of one year proven bar experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and with interruptions A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment.Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve non-alcohlic and alcoholic beverages to customers following standard recipes and using proper techniques - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness of the dining and bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed - Upsell additional products and LTO's when appropriate to maximize sales Experience:Must be 21 years of age or older Bonus points for:Previous experience in a server and bartending role, in a fast-paced environment - Experience in setting up Banquets and working Special Events a plus - TIPS Certification -Food Safety / ServSafe certificate This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Server with Bar experience.If you meet the qualifications and have a positive can do attitude and are passionate about delivering top-notch service, are a team player, we encourage you to apply.Job Types:Part-time, Seasonal Pay:From $12.50 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift:Day shift Evening shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience:Bar:1 year (Required) Bar setup:1 year (Required) Serving:1 year (Required) Language:English (Required) Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Rifle, CO 81650 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
