Position Overview The Outside Services Attendant plays a key role in daily golf operations by ensuring carts, practice facilities, and staging areas are prepared to a high standard. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and stage golf carts for daily play, including cleaning, stocking, and inspecting carts prior to use Clean, wash, and return carts to staging areas following play Pick the driving range and maintain practice areas throughout the day Clean, wash, and organize range balls to ensure consistent availability for golfers Set up and maintain the driving range, including tee placement, bag stands, and overall presentation Greet golfers upon arrival and assist with directing them to carts, range, and first tee Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, staging areas, and practice facilities Monitor pace of play and communicate with pro shop staff as needed Assist with tournament and outing setup, including cart staging and range preparation Follow all safety procedures when operating golf carts and equipment Uphold standards of professionalism, service, and course presentation Requirements: Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with a positive attitude Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Golf knowledge preferred but not required
