In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring the golf course remains lush, healthy, and visually stunning by performing landscape maintenance, turf care, and equipment upkeep. Duties
Maintain the health and appearance of fairways, greens, tees, and roughs through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding.
Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems to keep the course in top condition.
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and soil management to enhance course aesthetics.
Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules that promote healthy turf growth while conserving water resources.
Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and hand tools to ensure safety and efficiency during daily operations.
Support general land management activities like weed control, pest management, and soil testing to sustain optimal turf health.
Collaborate with team members to implement landscaping projects that improve course layout and environmental sustainability.
Requirements
Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, gardening, horticulture or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in outdoor environments.
Basic understanding of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including bending, lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to safety protocols.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward maintaining high standards of course quality.

Pay: $24.66 - $29.70 per hour
