Description:We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Grounds Staff at the Detroit Golf Club for the golf season -- full-time now into November. As a member of the grounds crew, you will play a key role in maintaining the beauty and playability of the golf course for our members and guests.
Detroit Golf Club is a premier private club in Detroit, MI. Richly embedded in the history of Detroit, DGC aims to uphold its heritage of the city with our contributions to the game of golf and robust and diverse membership. We have two, 18-hole courses, and will host the Rocket Classic PGA tournament.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
Mowing, rolling, and string trimmingRaking and maintaining sand trapsOperating small equipmentAssisting with course setup and special projectsKeeping the grounds clean and presentableLoads and unloads materialsMaintains landscape beds around clubhouse and club groundsRepairs and maintains driving range teesPerforms other appropriate tasks assigned by the Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents Qualifications:
