<p>Elevation Golf Club is looking for dependable, outgoing individuals to join our team as Member Experience & Operations Associates.</p>
<p>This role is responsible for creating a great experience for everyone who enters the facility. That includes helping members and guests, managing the front desk, keeping the facility clean and organized, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>For the right person, this position can also include opportunities to help with member communication, sales follow-up, social media, events, and other projects that contribute to Elevation’s growth.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Welcome members and guests and provide excellent customer service</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Check customers in and assist with TrackMan simulator bookings</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Answer basic questions about memberships, programs, lessons, and events</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help prospective members learn more about Elevation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Keep the front desk, simulator bays, lounge, short-game area, gym, and other shared spaces clean and organized</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Complete opening or closing responsibilities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Answer phone calls and respond to basic customer questions</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with events, leagues, camps, and member activities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support member follow-up through phone calls, texts, or emails</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help create or schedule social media content</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with other operational and business-development projects based on experience and interest</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p>Available to work evenings and weekends</p>
</li>

<p>Interest in golf, fitness, marketing, sales, or business is preferred but not required</p>
</li>

<p>We are especially interested in people who want to do more than simply sit behind a front desk. The best candidates will take initiative, build relationships with our members, notice what needs to be done, and look for ways to improve the business.</p>

<h2>Schedule</h2>

<p>This is a part-time position primarily covering:</p>

<p>Weekday evenings</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Saturdays and Sundays</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Additional hours for events, leagues, camps, or facility needs</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>We are looking to hire multiple team members, so the exact schedule can be discussed based on availability.</p>

<h2>Compensation</h2>

<p>Hourly pay based on experience, availability, and the responsibilities assigned.</p>

<p>Elevation Golf Club is a premium indoor golf performance and community facility in Urbandale. Our facility includes eight TrackMan simulators, a 6,000-square-foot short-game area, a fitness facility, and event and meeting spaces.</p>
