For more information, please visit our website at www.ofcc.org SUMMARY The Server Assistant creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Club’s three restaurants – 1915, Stagg, & 73rd Hole. Responsible for providing a five-star member experience and ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurants. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES • Possess a personality that makes people feel welcome, with a passion for providing an outstanding member experience. • Possess a can-do attitude and tackles everything with a smile. • Efficiently completes assigned duties. • Ability to think on your feet. • Projects a calm, professional demeanor at all times and works well under pressure. • Must be reliable and punctual. • Self-motivated and accountable for one’s actions. • Ability to work independently and as a team member. Requirements: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Must be at least 16 years old. • Conversational English. • Experienced computer user. • Comfortable working inside and outside in a hot and noisy environment. • Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the member dining spaces. • Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 20 lbs. EXPECTED WORK HOURS • Daily shifts start as early as 11:00 am and end around 9:00 pm. • Should have consistent availability week to week. • Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Able to work during our golf season, April-December • Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
