About the Role
Pyrford Lakes is one of the UK’s busiest and most welcoming golf venues, delivering outstanding golf experiences to tens of thousands of players every year. We are looking for a friendly, flexible, and multi-skilled individual to join our team, combining Front of House hospitality with Golf Operations support. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you’ll help deliver outstanding service both in the clubhouse and out on the course. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is happy to turn their hand to everything from serving coffees to managing tee times, supporting competitions, and helping deliver successful functions and events. Customer Service & Hospitality * Deliver exceptional customer service in the clubhouse, bar, and dining areas * Take and process food and beverage orders accurately * Serve food and drinks to a high standard, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar, dining, and service areas * Support setup, service, and breakdown of events, functions, and golf days, including evening events * Monitor and restock front of house supplies Support retail, promotions, and customer data capture * Maintain high presentation standards across clubhouse and golf facilities Follow food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations * Work closely with kitchen, bar, events, and golf teams * Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar front-facing role * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, early starts, evenings, and late finishes for functions and events * Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety (training provided) Experience in a golf club, leisure, hotel, or hospitality environment * Food Safety Level 1 or 2 (or willingness to obtain) * Bar service experience or Personal Licence * Be part of a modern, inclusive golf and hospitality culture * Gain experience across both hospitality and golf operations * Opportunities to progress within Pyrford Lakes and Get Golfing * Training & development opportunities * 50% staff discount on food * Staff referral programme If you enjoy working with people, love variety in your role, and want to be part of something different in golf and hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
