Head Golf Professional

The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the leadership, administration, and daily operation of the Club’s golf department. The position oversees all aspects of the golf experience, including Golf Shop operations, outside services, instruction, tournaments, member programs, merchandising, handicapping, and tee-time management. The Head Golf Professional is a visible and engaged presence within the membership and is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented culture. This position provides leadership to the golf staff, manages departmental finances and operations, and works closely with Club leadership and other departments to enhance the overall member experience.
