JOB TITLE: Ladies' Locker Room Attendant
DEPARTMENT: Wellness/Ladies Locker Room
REPORTS TO: Wellness Director
JOB SUMMARY The Ladies' Locker Room Attendant at Belle Meade Country Club is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, safety, and overall functionality of the women's locker room and associated facilities. You will provide excellent customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive experience in our facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB DUTIES:
1. Maintain Cleanliness
Regularly clean and sanitize locker room areas, including showers, toilets, sinks, and locker surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
Monitor and replenish locker room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials as needed to ensure adequate availability for members and their guests
Monitor facility, conducting routine inspections of locker room facilities to identify and maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, leaks, or malfunctioning equipment. Report issues to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution
2. Customer Service & Hospitality
Greet members and guests entering the locker room area
Provide assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a positive welcoming environment
Enforce facility rules and regulations, including dress code policies, locker usage guidelines, and hygiene standards, to maintain offer and safety within the locker room area
3. Communication
Communicate effectively with other staff members and management regarding any issues, concerns, or feedback related to the locker room area or its operations
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with members, guests and colleagues, representing the facility in a positive matter
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move supplies as needed
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position typically requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. The work environment may include exposure to cleaning chemicals and wet surfaces.
SCHEDULE:
Tuesday - Friday (1 - 7 PM)
Saturdays (7 - 3:30 PM)
