About the Role
Outside Operations Attendant (Cart & Practice Facility)
Department: Golf Operations
Reports To: Head Golf Professional / Outside Operations Manager
Position Summary
The Outside Operations Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience by maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and efficiency. This role supports daily golf operations including golf cart management, practice facility upkeep, and member/guest service consistent with a premier country club environment.

Key Responsibilities
Member & Guest Services
• Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Assist with golf bags, equipment handling, and staging
• Provide a high level of personalized service before and after each round
• Anticipate member needs and respond with urgency and professionalism
Golf Cart Operations
• Clean, sanitize, and stage golf carts to club standards
• Ensure carts are fully stocked (tees, towels, scorecards, pencils, water, etc.)
• Monitor cart fleet for cleanliness, damage, and proper charging
• Maintain an organized and efficient cart staging area
Practice Facility Maintenance
• Pick and clean the driving range (hand-picking or range picker operation)
• Set up and rotate practice areas including tees, targets, and bag stands
• Maintain range ball inventory, cleanliness, and presentation
• Ensure practice facility is consistently in tournament-ready condition
Clubhouse & Grounds Support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag drop, staging areas, and surrounding grounds
• Assist with club storage and bag room operations
• Support tournament and event setup/breakdown as needed

Qualifications
• Previous golf course or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of the game of golf is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to lift golf bags (30–50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
