Responsibilities

• Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Package finished products carefully to ensure freshness and presentation quality for retail or catering purposes
• Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Support the team during catering events or restaurant service by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Maintain accurate records of food handling procedures, inventory levels, and product quality checks
Skills
• Extensive experience in cake decorating, baking, and pastry arts with an eye for detail
• Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques including cooking, packaging, and portioning
• Excellent knife skills for precise cutting, slicing, and garnishing tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
• Customer service skills to engage positively with clients or team members when needed
• Prior experience in food production within the food industry or restaurant settings is highly desirable
