Round Hill is looking for Outside Services Attendants This position is for Part-Time Permanent ONLY, NO SEASONAL
positions are available. Hourly wage of $16.90 - $18.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience in a country club golf environment. We have AM and PM positions available. The position requires 4-5 days a week and weekend schedule. The Outside Services Attendant plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to members and guests by ensuring a seamless golf experience from arrival to departure. This position involves assisting with golf bags, carts, practice facilities, and overall customer service, maintaining the high standards expected at a private country club. Prior experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly demeanor. Benefits:

Retrieve carts from cart shelter to cart staging area outside Golf Shop. Remove bags from bag storage room and load onto carts. Clean Members clubs coming in and going out When at bag drop, pick up Members from the parking lot after bag drop off Transport range balls to each end of range and fill appropriate containers. Place baskets of balls at evenly spaced intervals on range. Operate tractor and ball picker on range to retrieve balls. Wash all range balls daily. Remove bags from carts and return bags to assigned rack in bag storage room. Return carts to cart shelter; remove towels, pencils, score cards, tees, drink cans, etc., from carts and saves reusable items; wash cart with pressure
