BBGC is located less than 2 hours north of New York City in South Kent, CT and proud to be ranked on the Best in State list compiled by Golf Digest and Best 200 Modern Courses by Golfweek. We are looking for individuals to join our agronomy team while enjoying their evenings watching the sunset over the beautiful Berkshires and having the utmost pride in their work. Employee must be able to follow instructions and deliver updates by communicating with Superintendent/Assistants/Crew about responsibility checklist and daily schedule while working with/around clubhouse staff and members. Ability and knowledge of golf game is preferred. Hire must have customer service experience and perform high level work through summer months. Employee will use electric and robotic turf management equipment to maintain new practice facility (spring grand opening), assist in aeration as well as other on-course maintenance tasks, and collaborate with clubhouse/turf staff during events and promotions.
