Job Title: F&B Supervisor – Snack Shack & Beverage Cart Location: Greenacres (Lake Worth) Job Type: Full Time Pay: Salary + Tips The Role: Working Supervisor for Golf Course Snack Shack & Beverage Cart We are looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to run the daily operations of our 19th Hole Snack Shack & Beverage Cart! You will lead a small team, ensure top-tier customer service, and keep our menu items flowing. What You’ll Do: Lead the Team: Train, schedule, and supervise snack shack attendants. Quality Control: Ensure food safety standards are met and orders are accurate. Inventory & Ordering: End of Month Inventory, Track stock levels and place stock orders. Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and resolve any service issues quickly. Operations: Oversee the opening/closing processes and cash register balancing & maintain cleanliness of the 19th Hole & Beverage Cart. What You Need: 1-2 years of food and beverage experience (previous lead/supervisory role preferred). Strong math and inventory computation skills. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours in Florida’s climate. Current food handler/safety certifications (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Ready to Apply?
