Job Title: Golf Course Grounds Laborer (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course Maintenance Staff (Full-Time, Year-Round)
We are seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals with a passion for golf and outdoor work to join our golf course maintenance team. This is a full-time, year-round position working outdoors in all weather conditions.
What You’ll Do
Maintain golf course grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and bunker care
Hand watering greens
Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles
Perform course upkeep including divot repair, debris removal, and washout repairs
Follow safety procedures and report any maintenance concerns
Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily assignments
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
Schedule
Full-Time, Year-Around, Every other weekend required
Wage:
$16 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.
