This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop bartending and hospitality skills in a real-world service environment. The pool bar provides a great training ground for newer bartenders, allowing them to gain confidence with guest interaction, drink preparation, point-of-sale systems, organization, multitasking, and service standards without the intensity of a high-volume indoor bar.
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Club standards and state regulations.
Deliver exceptional service to members and guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
Accurately process member charges through the Club's point-of-sale system.
Verify age requirements and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning duties.
Work collaboratively with pool and food service staff to create an outstanding member experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.
Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during the season.
Must meet all legal age requirements for serving alcohol in Connecticut.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
