As a lifeguard, you will oversee pool safety, perform routine maintenance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences during peak seasons. Responsibilities • Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations with first aid and CPR when necessary • Conduct regular pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal water quality and safety standards • Assist guests with pool access, provide information about pool facilities, and address their inquiries with a friendly attitude • Perform routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, and maintaining surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness and hygiene • Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and report any hazards or maintenance needs promptly • Support heavy lifting tasks related to pool equipment or supplies as required to maintain a safe environment Qualifications • Proven lifeguard experience or relevant training in water safety and rescue techniques • Valid certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid from recognized organizations • Ability to swim confidently in various water conditions and demonstrate strong swimming skills • Experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, or related tasks is preferred • Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shifts • Excellent guest service skills with a positive, energetic attitude • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak seasons Join us in creating a safe, welcoming space where fun meets safety!
