We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant operations at a vibrant golf course setting. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-visibility operation that serves golfers, tournament players, and local guests in a relaxed, outdoor-focused environment.
Our restaurant generates approximately $300,000 in annual revenue, with strong seasonal demand driven by daily golf play, leagues, outings, and special events.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys a mix of leadership, operations, and guest interaction — and who thrives in a dynamic, seasonal business environment.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will be the driving force behind all food and beverage operations, including:
Leading daily restaurant operations with a focus on service, quality, and efficiency
Building, training, and motivating a small but impactful team
Creating a welcoming, guest-first dining experience for golfers and event groups
Managing ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
Controlling food, beverage, and labor costs while maximizing profitability
Overseeing POS reporting and daily sales
Partnering with golf operations staff to support tournaments and special events
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run dining environment
Helping develop promotions and menu ideas to increase revenue and guest engagement

A strong leader who can inspire a small team in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in restaurant or food & beverage operations (hospitality, club, or golf course experience a plus)
Comfortable balancing hands-on service with administrative responsibilities
Skilled in managing costs, inventory, and operational efficiency
Guest-focused with a passion for delivering great experiences
Flexible and adaptable in a seasonal, weather-influenced business
