The Events, Marketing & Sales Coordinator, is responsible for leading the planning and execution of events while driving marketing initiatives and supporting sales growth. Event Management & Strategy
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all events, including corporate, social, promotional, and community eventsDevelop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluationsManage vendor relationships, contracts, logistics, and on-site executionEnsure all events align with brand standards, client objectives, and revenue goalsOversee event staff, contractors, and volunteers as needed Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, services, and brand initiativesCoordinate digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and event promotionsCreate and manage marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, proposals, and branded materialsTrack and analyze marketing performance and event ROI Sales Coordination & Business Development
Support sales efforts by generating leads, responding to inquiries, and preparing proposals and contractsCoordinate with sales teams to convert prospects into booked events and partnershipsMaintain client relationships before, during, and after events to drive repeat businessAssist in developing pricing strategies, packages, and promotional offers Client & Stakeholder Relations
