Key Responsibilities: – Greet and serve members and guests in a courteous and professional manner – Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks – Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and safety standards – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils – Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed – Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations – Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly – Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the lounge Requirements Skills and Qualifications: – Previous experience as a bartender or bar server preferred – Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service practices – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills – Ability to handle cash transactions accurately – Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required – Must be at least 18 years old and possess any necessary permits or certifications At Lake Almanor County Club, we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and inclusive community.
