Role Overview As a Food and Beverage Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring that our service consistently exceeds expectations. Your proactive involvement during busy and slow periods will be key to maintaining outstanding service and fostering a supportive team environment. Your Responsibilities: Uphold Invited's esteemed service standards.Supervise food and beverage service, guaranteeing quality and excellence for our members and guests.Lead and mentor service staff to create consistent and unforgettable dining experiences.Accurately process member and guest orders while accommodating any special requests.Engage in training initiatives to develop a knowledgeable and skilled team.Review daily reservations and event details to prepare service setups effectively.Manage opening and closing procedures for shifts to ensure operational efficiency.Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas prior to all services.Stay current on menu and drink offerings.Actively participate in training sessions and daily team meetings.Complete daily tasks and side work to uphold club standards.Engage professionally with members, adapting to their needs and requests.Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to support the team's objectives.About You: Required: High school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry within a restaurant or club setting.Preferred: Food Safety certifications (e.g., ServeSafe, ABC Certification).Completion of relevant food and beverage training modules.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 100 lbs as needed.Effective communication skills are essential.Work Schedule: Flexible attendance based on the weekly schedule.Willingness to work additional hours as needed, including weekends and holidays.What We Offer: At Invited, we are committed to taking care of our team members.
