<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Head Golf Professional is responsible for the overall management of daily operations of the golf department at Northampton Valley Country Club. This position oversees golf shop operations, instructional programming, tournaments, merchandising, and staff supervision while promoting the game of golf and delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and the public. The Head Golf Professional works collaboratively with other departments to maximize golf revenue, enhance the member and guest experience and ensure efficient and professional golf operations.</p> <p> </p>
