Position Summary:
The Outside Golf Operations will provide service to the members in the area of cleaning golf clubs, moving golf bags, driving range operations and any other duties needed by the Director of Golf to enhance the members and their guests experience on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Keeping clubs and bags clean after daily use.
Ordering Supplies.
Assisting in Bag Storage charges.
Checking Bag Drop area to make sure that no member or guest loads or unloads their own golf clubs.
Keeping outside area and Bag Room neat and clean at all times.
Keeping bags in their proper racks.
Emptying of trash containers on a daily basis.
Setting up driving range.
Keeping adequate supply of range balls at all times.
Picking the range as needed.
Closing the driving range in the evening.
Cleaning Boca Woods carts after use and when needed.
Making sure carts are set for play. (Clean and contain scorecards, etc.)
Reporting cart problems to the Cart Mechanic immediately.
Following proper cart rotation.
Following monthly cart care plan for Boca Woods’s carts.
Performing the cart washing program for member owned carts.
Keeping water station area stocked and clean.
Will require standing for long periods of time.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must have ability to safely operate a golf cart.
Requirements:
High school, PGA certification or equivalent
Golf knowledge and service experience required.
Must be able to follow written and verbal orders and keep accurate records.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles and is frequently exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
