As a Golf Cart Attendant, you will support daily golf course operations within our Golf Division. This role is responsible for maintaining golf carts and staging areas to ensure golfers, members, and guests receive a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience. The Cart Attendant plays an important role in course presentation and operational readiness, working closely with golf and grounds teams in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Responsibilities: Clean, stage, and organize golf carts for daily use Inspect carts for cleanliness, safety, fuel or battery levels, and basic functionality Assist with charging, refueling, and minor upkeep of carts Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas, staging zones, and related facilities Collect carts from the golf course and ensure proper return to staging areas Support tournament or special event preparation and breakdown as needed Communicate maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Provide friendly, professional interaction with golfers, staff, and guests Follow all safety, operational, and customer service guidelines Performing other tasks as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting, and bending Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Basic communication skills and positive attitude Preferred Skills & Experience: Previous experience at a golf course, country club, or outdoor service environment Customer service or hospitality experience Familiarity with golf cart operation and safety procedures Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks efficiently Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills Interest in growing within golf course operations or landscape management Benefits: The well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
