Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure the course remains a destination for golf enthusiasts of all skill levels. *ResponsibilitiesPerform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and topdressing to keep fairways, greens, and roughs in excellent conditionMaintain landscaping features including flower beds, trees, shrubs, and decorative elements to enhance visual appealOperate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks like trimming, pruning, planting, and installing irrigation systemsConduct regular irrigation system checks and adjustments to ensure proper watering schedules and prevent water wasteAssist with general maintenance activities including repairing equipment, replacing turf, and managing drainage systemsSupport seasonal projects such as aeration, overseeding, or landscape renovations to improve course qualityFollow safety protocols diligently while handling chemicals, operating machinery, or working around other team members*RequirementsPrior experience with landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essentialKnowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting is a plus (= more money per hour)Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and hand tools with safety awarenessBasic understanding of horticulture principles related to turfgrass management and landscaping practicesPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative work environmentsValid driver’s license required for equipment transportation or course mobilityGolf Course Maintenance experience 1-2 years preferred.Irrigation systems experience 1 year preferred.
