Performance Improvement Center Concierge

Location: Grasslands Performance Improvement Center, Gallatin, Tennessee  Grasslands Club is relaunching the Performance Improvement Center (PIC) as the hub for golf performance, racquet sports, retail, and hospitality. More than a practice facility, the PIC is designed to be a welcoming destination where members can practice, shop, relax, and connect. About the Role As the Performance Improvement Center Concierge, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every member who visits the PIC. You'll serve as the welcoming face of the facility by assisting members with retail purchases, food and beverage offerings, reservations, technology, and program information while helping ensure the PIC operates smoothly each day. What You'll Do Greet and assist members while providing exceptional hospitality experience  Handle retail sales and point of sale transactions Promote golf instruction, racquet programming, clinics, and retail offerings Manage reservations for the facility Assistmembers with Trackman and simulator technology Maintain a clean, organized,welcoming facility Ensure retail displaysremainattractiveand fully stocked Stock andmanage grab-and-go food and beverageinventory Provide light administrative support for Director of Racquet Sports, Director of PlayerDevelopment andTNG Cares Assistwith golf, tennis and pickleball programming andspecial events What We're Looking For Service-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality Friendly, energetic personality that enjoysbuilding relationships Strong communicationand organization skills Ability to learn new technology (Trackman, reservation systems, POS) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across retail, service, and administative duties Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experiencepreferred Musthold orbe able to obtain a TABC ServersPermit Interest in golf, tennis or pickleball is preferred Available to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays Compensation & Details $15–$17/hour Full and part-time positions available Grasslands Club will pay for your Tennessee ABC Server Permit At Grasslands Club, we believe great clubs are built around people and relationships.
